Minimum 5+ years in logistics, transport operations, telematics, cargo tracking, or control room management.

Exposure to ports, terminals, customs, or government-regulated operations is a strong advantage.

Job Expectations
-
Lead and manage end-to-end cargo and vehicle tracking operations in compliance with FBR regulations, customs laws, and SOPs
-
Ensure uninterrupted operations through effective planning, execution, and supervision of control room and field teams
-
Oversee tracker and e-seal installation, removal, recovery, and reconciliation processes
-
Manage 24/7 control room operations, including shift rostering, monitoring standards, alert escalation, and SOP compliance
-
Supervise field teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant device installation/removal
-
Ensure safe recovery, accountability, and handover of equipment
-
Maintain liaison with Pakistan Customs Collectorates, port authorities, terminals, bonded carriers, and other government departments
-
Represent NLC at ports, terminals, and coordination meetings when required
-
Lead incident, exception, and crisis management, ensuring rapid response and corrective action
-
Escalate critical operational issues to senior management with clear recommendations
-
Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate control room operators, supervisors, installers, and field staff
-
Standardize training for all operational staff as per SOPs and compliance requirements
-
Foster a disciplined, performance-driven, and collaborative team culture
-
Maintain accurate operational logs, data integrity, and reporting
-
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management
-
Coordinate with Technology/IT teams to support system testing and resolve operational issues
-
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational SOPs
-
Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, safety standards, and compliance
-
Perform any other operational duties assigned by management
