About the Role

The Relationship Officer Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) plays a crucial role in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients. This role focuses on understanding customer financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent service. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through banking products and services while driving business growth ethically.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales/service plans to achieve bank growth objectives.

• Develop customer relationships and sell bank products per SOP.

• Achieve sales targets ethically and ensure genuine lending practices.

• Identify business opportunities and evaluate market/industry prospects.

• Conduct thorough customer assessments using the five C’s of credit.

• Ensure timely loan collections and proper handling of legal documents.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report deviations to Line Manager.

• Conduct market research to explore new areas and assess existing markets.

• Maintain high service standards to avoid customer complaints.

• Report potential fraud or risks to management.

• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs and SBP regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong aptitude for persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management.
