About the Role

A Relationship Officer Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized banking solutions. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through bank products, loan services, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve bank growth objectives.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring ethical and SOP-compliant sales.

• Identify business opportunities, assess customer profiles using the five C’s of credit.

• Market bank products and develop strategies for sales growth.

• Conduct loan booking and collections in strict adherence to bank policies.

• Ensure proactive repayment follow-ups and safeguard customer legal documents.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and track deviations with line manager.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing markets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and report any fraud or risk cases.

• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs and SBP regulations to protect the bank’s reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).

• 0–1 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical practices.
