Meezan Bank is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to lead and drive digital initiatives across the Consumer Finance Group. This role involves planning, executing, and managing transformative digital projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Business, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.

Qualification in Islamic Banking is an advantage.
Experience:

3–6 years of proven experience in digital transformation or related roles.

Successful track record of delivering impactful digital initiatives.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including AI, RPA, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging trends.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to drive change, foster innovation, and encourage digital adoption.
