Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor store orders (OPL/Normal) and ensure timely stock availability.

• Coordinate with Offer Management and suppliers for stock and delivery follow-ups.

• Maintain inventory within budget while ensuring maximum service levels.

• Oversee logistics, general administration, and report generation.

• Assist in procurement of store supplies and manage payment requests for non-trade items.

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping of petty cash and reconciliations.

• Monitor store shrinkage, particularly in the Fresh Department, and prepare Scrap Carton reports.

• Support budget preparation and track actual expenditures versus planned budgets.

• Lead promotions planning, including ordering, display setup, end-cap positioning, and timely execution.

• Evaluate department performance regularly to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with 6–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, administration, or retail operations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to monitor budgets, inventories, and operational efficiency.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
