Job Purpose:
Drive growth in Mobile Data, Business & Enterprise Solutions, and GSM services in the region while ensuring portfolio expansion and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
-
Achieve monthly sales targets across GSM, Fixed Data, Cloud, and International Business segments.

Generate new business opportunities and develop customized solutions for corporate clients.
-
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from existing customers.
-
Explore new growth avenues within the existing client base.
Customer Retention & Churn Management:
-
Manage churn prevention and client retention for assigned portfolio.
-
Conduct contract renewals, negotiations, and comparative analyses with clients in coordination with HQ product and channel teams.

Retain, service, and grow large and SME accounts.
-
Meet regional sales and service targets while ensuring revenue assurance.
-
Oversee monthly invoicing and billing collection management.
-
Handle customer service issues efficiently to encourage referrals and ensure smooth customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
Experience:
-
2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, telecom, or ICT sectors preferred.
Skills – Generic:

Strong team leadership and time management abilities.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.

Clear and professional communication in English & Urdu; strong email writing skills.

Problem-solving, proactive, innovative, and self-motivated.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills – Job Specific:

Experience in Key Account Management in Telecom, ICT, Banking, or FMCG preferred.

Ability to compare telecom packages and demonstrate comparative advantages to clients.

Expertise in portfolio management and collections.
-
Strong numerical and pricing skills to drive retention and new business.

Well-connected in the corporate market with strong relationships with business groups in Lahore.
