About the Role

Pricing at Telenor Pakistan is central to driving commercial strategy and decision-making. As Manager Pricing & Financial Planning, you will use data-driven insights to influence portfolio and investment decisions, collaborate with the c-suite, and lead high-impact projects that shape future marketing leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy: Lead the annual commercial strategy, identify growth drivers, and set revenue ambitions.

• Portfolio & Pricing Management: Apply portfolio optimization and segmentation models to manage offerings effectively.

• Capex Planning: Conduct geo-spatial analysis to optimize network rollout and investments.

• Data Analytics & Forecasting: Use exploratory data analysis (EDA), visualization, and decision models to uncover insights, forecast revenue, and improve operational efficiency.

• Performance Monitoring: Track revenue performance, recommend actions to meet targets, and evaluate pricing initiatives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Technology, Strategy, and Product teams to align tactical and strategic plans.

Your Profile

Education: Minimum BBA / BS in Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Sciences
Experience: 3–4 years in a similar role

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and business acumen

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to create impactful presentations and storytelling

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
