Job Overview:
As a Manager – Strategic Sales & Services at Zong 4G, you will drive the company’s growth in the corporate sector by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction while generating revenue through innovative telecom and ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:

Sell Fixed Broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to design client-focused solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for the corporate sector.

Drive revenue growth from both new and existing clients through exceptional service.
Business Development:
-
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.

Expand business through existing client networks and build new client relationships.

Address customer concerns promptly to generate referrals and ensure repeat business.
Revenue & Customer Retention:
-
Ensure revenue targets are met and explore opportunities to increase client spend.

Monitor corporate activations/disconnections and implement strategies to prevent churn.

Resolve service, billing, or other issues affecting customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Telecom or Computer Science.
Experience:
-
3–4 years in sales, business development, or corporate account management.
Skills:
-
Generic: Relationship building, interpersonal communication, negotiation, leadership, teamwork, presentation skills.

Job-Specific: Sales, business development, customer relationship management.
Special Requirements:

Experience in Cloud Computing and DICT solutions.
