Job Purpose

The GMS Executive will be responsible for managing GMS operations by coordinating inventory activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective storage, issuance, and control of materials within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receiving and issuance of inventory

• Record issuance and receiving cycles accurately in SAP

• Manage material movement from Goods Receipt Note (GRN) to storage and issuance

• Coordinate with Procurement for delivery planning and with Operations for material specifications

• Conduct cyclic inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records

• Maintain updated and accurate records of material receipts and issuances

• Implement controls to prevent stock damage, theft, and wastage

• Monitor shelf stock levels, product displays, and overall store appearance

• Manage issuance of general materials at the plant

• Share system-generated reports with stakeholders in a timely manner

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
