About the Role

Pricing is a strategic function at Telenor Pakistan, driving business growth and offering extensive learning and career development opportunities. This role provides exposure to high-impact projects and the chance to work on international assignments, both short-term and long-term.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the overall Pricing framework for Telenor Pakistan in alignment with business strategy and segment value propositions.

• Implement pricing controls and evaluate the impact of business decisions.

• Deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts and strategy reports.

• Support geo-analysis, network rollout planning, business case development, and regional reporting.

Typical Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Monitor competition and analyze traffic trends, market research, and internal data.

• Conduct campaign analysis of ATL/BTL activities to measure incremental revenue and subscriber engagement.

• Manage portfolio strategy to ensure offers and tactical plans align with segmentation strategy and maximize value creation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Technology, Strategy) for KPI alignment and tax evaluations.

• Prepare and organize data using DWH tools, ensuring clean, analyzable datasets for decision-making.

• Execute action plans developed in collaboration with middle management.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2–3 years in similar roles preferred, with a minimum 1-year career break.

Functional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business and marketing insight.

• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Creativity in solving complex problems using existing knowledge and identifying gaps.

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
