Job Overview
United Bank Limited (UBL) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager – CLI to lead and optimize sales operations within the Consumer Banking group. The role focuses on driving product awareness, managing high-performing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving ambitious sales and service targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales teams to enhance product awareness and achieve assigned business targets

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to support business growth and market expansion

Forecast, monitor, and analyze sales performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Ensure achievement of service and sales benchmarks including call volume, productivity, accuracy, courtesy, and efficiency

Improve call success rates by ensuring team adherence to standard operating procedures and feedback implementation

Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and constructive feedback to enhance results

Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

Motivate and groom team members through structured training, coaching sessions, and team-building initiatives

Maintain strong oversight to ensure ethical sales practices and operational discipline

Safeguard customer and company information, ensuring confidentiality and prohibiting unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure
