Job Purpose:
The Executive OAS will oversee fleet operations in the Central region, managing end-to-end travel, accommodation, and general services. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, and seamless support for business functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and ensure compliance with fleet management policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Oversee timely maintenance, servicing, and repair of vehicles to reduce downtime.

Monitor vehicle utilization, lifecycle, and condition; provide recommendations for replacements and optimization.

Manage pool vehicles, ensuring availability, supervision, and repair coordination.

Operate fleet management systems and tools for accurate tracking, reporting, and cost control.

Liaise with vendors, workshops, and authorities for regulatory, safety, and documentation compliance.

Maintain and optimize the vehicle repair & maintenance budget; follow up on vendor invoices and verification.

Collect and compile regional data for insurance renewal, taxes, fleet efficiency, mileage vs. fuel reports, and other management requirements.

Prepare and submit operational reports, performance data, and exception logs.

Manage pool drivers and related operations.

Support Travel & Accommodation (T&A) operations management.

Coordinate with regional teams to ensure policy compliance, operational procedures, and execution standards.

Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; escalate issues appropriately.

Support day-to-day operational activities within OAS regional operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Work Experience:
-
2–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, administration, or operational support.
