Job Description:
Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of InterLoop Holdings, is seeking a certified professional with proven experience in Key Accounts, Customer Service, or related roles within logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

• Developing a deep understanding of client business, needs, and challenges, identifying opportunities to improve processes.

• Proactively addressing issues and providing solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

• Ensuring accurate data consolidation for client approvals and further processing.

• Acting as a liaison between Operations and Finance departments to guarantee timely invoice submission.

• Monitoring and ensuring timely recovery in line with agreed credit terms.

• Handling challenging situations professionally and effectively.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of order management and invoicing processes.
