About the Role
As a Relationship Officer – Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL), you will play a key role in managing client relationships and promoting the bank’s financial products. You will understand clients’ unique financial needs, provide tailored solutions, and act as a trusted point of contact to enhance their banking experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting the bank’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Implement approved sales and service plans in coordination with Branch Manager/Relationship Manager.

Build strong customer relationships to sell banking products in compliance with bank SOPs and ethics.

Achieve sales and loan targets while avoiding improper practices such as family loaning or activist-based lending.

Promote bank products through effective marketing strategies and identification of new business opportunities.

Evaluate client profiles using credit principles and ensure proper documentation of loans.

Conduct market assessments to explore new areas and optimize existing territories.

Prepare weekly field activity plans and monitor deviations with line manager guidance.

Ensure proactive loan collection and timely repayment while maintaining strict compliance with SOPs.

Maintain internal and external customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Report potential fraud or financial risks promptly to the line manager or HOD.

Continuously update product knowledge and recommend improvements based on feedback.

Ensure adherence to SBP regulations and internal control standards to protect the bank’s reputation.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA is preferred.

0–1 years of relevant experience in banking, sales, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
