Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager – Channel & Whitespace is responsible for managing and growing sales across distribution channels. You will execute channel strategies, identify new markets, build partner relationships, analyse performance, and support field teams to maximize channel effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with all four Business Groups to execute channel and whitespace strategies.

Support CSPs in D4C activities and optimizing field stakeholder relationships.

Ensure channel plans follow design guidelines and align with financial budgets.

Monitor channel performance, manage agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Oversee the appointment of dealers, retailers, and stockists to maximize reach in untapped markets.

Collaborate with sales teams to execute channel programs effectively.

Identify growth opportunities and drive penetration into new areas.

Manage supply chain and distribution networks, ensuring product availability in rural areas.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in Customer Development within FMCG, preferably in sales or key account management.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Proven experience in cross-functional team collaboration and leadership.
