Job Purpose:
Lead your assigned territory by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Set monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for your territory.

Assign day-wise targets to order bookers to ensure full coverage of all outlets.

Monitor performance and prepare sales reports to track target and KPI achievements.

Guide and manage order bookers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to achieve goals.

Conduct market visits to evaluate coverage, productivity, and customer dynamics.

Implement trade marketing activities as per company plans.

Plan sales efforts and design PJPs based on territory analysis and route-to-market strategies.

Build strong relationships with key distributors, aligning objectives to achieve strategic goals.

Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make decisions that optimize returns and revenue.
