Job Purpose:
Lead your assigned territory by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for your territory.

  • Assign day-wise targets to order bookers to ensure full coverage of all outlets.

  • Monitor performance and prepare sales reports to track target and KPI achievements.

  • Guide and manage order bookers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to achieve goals.

  • Conduct market visits to evaluate coverage, productivity, and customer dynamics.

  • Implement trade marketing activities as per company plans.

  • Plan sales efforts and design PJPs based on territory analysis and route-to-market strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with key distributors, aligning objectives to achieve strategic goals.

  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make decisions that optimize returns and revenue.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate
