Job Overview
Zong 4G is looking for a Manager Mobility Products to lead strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial governance of our mobility product portfolio including A2P, GSM, MBB, FWA, and EVAS. This role will drive product growth, revenue, and market share while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning:

Own product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities for mobility products.

Approve business cases, product launches, enhancements, and retirements in line with revenue and margin targets.

Drive product penetration and revenue growth through IGPD and regional sales teams.

Lead monthly Product Reviews to track performance, roadmap progress, and corrective actions.

Ensure regulatory, security, and public-sector compliance.
Portfolio & Lifecycle Management:

Design, launch, and enhance products based on market demand and competitive dynamics.

Manage complete product lifecycle: ideation, scoping, approvals, launch, in-life changes, and retirement.

Collaborate with industry and segment teams to expand market share across priority verticals.

Align product resources with Network, IT, and Operations teams for readiness and integration.

Maintain product documentation including datasheets, ordering guides, SLAs, T&Cs, and FAQs.

Lead change management activities including release notes, UAT coordination, and product catalogue updates.

Work with Solutions teams to ensure solution design and architecture alignment.
Pricing & Commercial Governance:

Define and manage product pricing, discount guardrails, approval rules, and margin targets.

Operate the Deal Desk for non-standard commercial requests, ensuring adherence to delegated authority.

Develop commercial strategy per product including positioning, target segments, and upsell opportunities.

Provide product-level revenue and booking targets to BP&I and IGPD teams.

Conduct competitive benchmarking and pricing analysis to protect market share and margins.

Monitor overall revenue performance and recommend corrective actions or product retirement as needed.
Presales & Post-Sales Enablement:

Provide Level-3 presales support on product capabilities and complex customer requirements.

Partner with Solutions and Service teams to enhance post-sales performance and customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Experience & Skills:
-
Current Level: AM & Above.
-
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
-
Must have at least 1 year with Zong as a permanent employee.
-
At least 1 year at AM level or above.
-
Performance Ratings: At least HP & Above in two most recent Annual Appraisals, with the most recent being HP, for internal promotion eligibility.
