Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to support asset sales and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring quality loan bookings, proactive collections, and delivering an exceptional banking experience while strictly following bank SOPs and SBP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans in coordination with Branch Manager / Relationship Manager.

• Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical practices and full compliance with bank SOPs.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote asset products.

• Identify business opportunities through market assessment and customer profiling.

• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure portfolio quality.

• Ensure genuine loan bookings, avoiding family loaning, activist-based lending, or adjustment lending.

• Disseminate complete product information, including terms and conditions, to customers.

• Ensure timely recovery and 100% collection through proactive customer communication.

• Guide customers to deposit loan repayments strictly through bank cash counters.

• Avoid cash handling; ensure strict compliance with collection manuals when field collections are required.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and review deviations with Line Manager.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly customer meetings as per product programs.

• Safeguard customer legal documents and report any suspected fraud or risk cases immediately.

• Ensure zero service complaints by adhering to Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) policy.

• Continuously enhance product knowledge and share improvement suggestions through customer feedback.

• Ensure full compliance with SBP rules, internal controls, and bank policies to protect MMBL’s reputation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in banking, sales, or financial services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Willingness to work in the field and meet assigned targets.
