This role is ideal for a tech-savvy product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and innovation. You will lead the development of high-impact digital products aligned with Jazz’s overall digital strategy—modernizing technology stacks, embracing startup-like agility, and driving digital scale across telco and video streaming platforms.

The position reports directly to the Head of Digital Products & Solutions and works closely with local and global stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end technical product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and large-scale deployment.

• Define, evolve, and govern the digital technology ecosystem, including video streaming platforms and AdTech integrations.

• Drive feature planning, development, and rollout using Agile and DevOps methodologies in a large-scale telco environment.

• Lead and coordinate in-house and outsourced engineering teams to deliver against the product roadmap.

• Manage technical budgets, vendor payments, invoicing, licensing fees, and capacity planning.

• Identify technical, delivery, and operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Lead R&D initiatives, including business use cases, cost estimates, and resource planning.

• Conduct regular product and solution reviews to ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and operational readiness.

• Collaborate closely with VEON Group, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and market-ready solutions.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Establish reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks to measure product performance and operational efficiency.

• Champion Agile ways of working, coaching teams and stakeholders on best practices.

• Act as Scrum Master, owning sprint ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in technology and engineering management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital products (2M+ MAU) across mobile, web, and cloud platforms.

• Strong background in Agile product development, API integrations, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience leading software engineers or technical product managers, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Technical Expertise Includes:

• Software development: HTML5, Objective-C, C#, Java, PHP, native mobile app languages

• Product & project tools: Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project

• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

• Streaming services: WMS Panel, Nimble Streamer, AWS Elemental

• Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra

• APIs: SOAP / REST web services

• Digital analytics: Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Clevertap

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AI/ML (Python, TensorFlow) and RPA solutions

• Experience with ESB, API gateways, and middleware (e.g., JBoss)

• Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO)

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Oracle Cloud, etc.)

• Understanding of technology IP rights management
