About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a proactive Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to join our Finance Transformation Team. The consultant will provide functional support across Oracle Financials, SCM, Property Manager, and Fixed Assets modules, bridging Finance and other departments to deliver Oracle-based solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support & Maintenance

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules: GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory, Property Manager, Fixed Assets, HRMS.

  • Resolve functional issues and coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support.

  • Monitor system usage and recommend improvements.

Business Requirement Analysis

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and other departments.

  • Conduct gap analysis and document functional specifications.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design and configure Oracle-based solutions aligned with Finance transformation goals.

  • Support testing (UAT), training, and deployment of new features.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments (Procurement, Real Estate, IT).

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on business requirements.

  • Promote process standardization and integration across departments.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify automation opportunities and process optimizations.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives improving financial operations.

  • Stay updated with Oracle releases and recommend upgrades/patches.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Oracle EBS / ERP (R12+) with minimum 4 years post-qualification experience.

  • Experience in 2+ end-to-end implementations of Financial, SCM, and Property Management modules.

  • Educational background: ACCA, M.Com, MBA, B.Com, BSc (Hons), or equivalent (16 years) from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Skills: Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, process documentation, test script creation, production support, training, and excellent communication with business and technical teams.

  • Oracle Certification is a plus.
