Job Overview:

Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Interloop Holdings, is seeking a proactive and organized National Manager – Admin & Procurement to oversee administrative and procurement operations across its offices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid business administration knowledge, and hands-on experience in office management, procurement, and IT coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office spaces and guesthouses, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security.

  • Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and administrative budgets.

  • Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies for trucks, warehouses, and fixed assets.

  • Maintain accurate insurance records and liaise with providers to resolve issues.

  • Supervise IT services for office staff and coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of IT systems and office equipment troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of legal regulations related to administration, labor laws, and compliance.

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
