Job Overview

Stylo is seeking a results-driven Sr. Specialist – Logistics & Fleet Operations to lead and optimize primary and secondary distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient fleet management (owned and outsourced), cost control, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between warehouses and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations for primary and secondary distribution.

• Oversee company-owned and third-party fleet operations to ensure maximum vehicle utilization and service efficiency.

• Monitor key logistics KPIs including delivery timelines, cost per trip, fuel efficiency, and service levels.

• Develop effective transportation routes, load planning strategies, and dispatch schedules.

• Manage transporter and fleet vendor relationships, including rate negotiations and SLA management.

• Ensure preventive maintenance, vehicle fitness, insurance coverage, and compliance with legal regulations.

• Control logistics and fleet-related expenses; identify and implement cost-optimization initiatives.

• Maintain fleet safety standards, oversee driver discipline, coordinate training, and manage incident reporting.

• Collaborate closely with warehouse and retail teams to resolve delivery challenges and escalations.

• Prepare comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional certifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in logistics and fleet operations.

• Preferably within retail, FMCG, fast fashion, or distribution sectors.

• Hands-on experience managing both owned and outsourced fleet operations.
