National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and CRM. This role will define and drive a unified, insight-led communication strategy aligned with brand and business objectives across all consumer touchpoints.
The incumbent will integrate ATL, BTL, digital, and CRM initiatives, embed analytics into decision-making, and build strong governance frameworks and agency partnerships to deliver consistent brand experiences and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead long-term IMC strategy, operating model, and governance framework

Act as strategic communications advisor to senior leadership

Lead and develop the IMC team while building future capabilities

Drive disciplined campaign execution through structured workflows and review mechanisms

Ensure seamless integration across media, digital, content, and activation channels

Implement closed-loop performance tracking and ROI optimization

Uphold brand consistency and ensure compliance with marketing governance standards

Manage IMC budgets and optimize investment allocation

Lead CRM and first-party data strategy to drive personalization, retention, and customer value growth
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

12–15 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, IMC, CRM, or campaign leadership roles

Strong expertise in data-driven marketing and cross-functional leadership
