Role Overview
Jazz is seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the complete contract lifecycle — from drafting and vetting to negotiation and execution. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding organizational interests, minimizing risk exposure, and ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and internal policy frameworks.
The position requires extensive experience in negotiating complex Technology and IT-related contracts, managing vendor-client relationships, and ensuring timely closure of negotiations aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements including vendor, procurement, partnership, and technology contracts.

Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation and business case approval to execution and closure.

Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain and manage a comprehensive contract repository and documentation system.

Monitor renewals, amendments, terminations, and contract milestones.

Utilize contract management tools such as SAP Ariba and Oracle to streamline processes.

Develop and standardize contract templates aligned with organizational requirements.

Escalate contentious clauses to relevant stakeholders with recommended resolutions.

Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other functional teams during negotiations.

Act as the primary point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters.

Assist in resolving contractual disputes and recommend appropriate settlements.

Provide reporting and updates to senior management on contract status and risk exposure.

Deliver training and guidance on contractual best practices and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Digital, IT, Telecom, or Banking industries.

Strong knowledge of contract law, liabilities, and dispute resolution mechanisms
