About the Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive indirect sales in your assigned area through franchise channels, converting market opportunities into tangible results. You will lead franchise operations, motivate teams, and ensure business growth and market share improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly/annual sales targets through franchise management.

Monitor and enhance revenue across devices, financial services, and internet products.
-
Execute strategic projects in line with Telenor’s organizational goals.
-
Manage franchise relationships, retail enablement, and new partner induction.
-
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and route planning for RSOs.
-
Ensure compliance with PTA regulations and company SOPs.
-
Expand retail footprint and improve quality of sales across all verticals.
Typical Day Includes:
-
Franchise servicing, staff training, motivation, and profitability monitoring.

Tracking CSAT/DSAT scores and ensuring customer-centric operations.
-
Ownership of franchise documentation and channel investment monitoring.

Contributing to projects aimed at improving Sales & Distribution outcomes.
Career Path:

Growth within indirect sales, S&D Operations, S&D Planning.

Trade Marketing roles (regional or national).

Direct/Corporate selling within Business Solutions.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably business-related).

Experience: Sales or distribution role with a sizable network; team leadership preferred.
