Job Purpose

To lead the assigned territory within the Food Services Division (FSD), develop and execute effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while strengthening customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new markets and expand existing accounts within the food service channel.

  • Build and maintain strong front-line relationships with restaurants, caterers, event planners, and institutional clients.

  • Identify market potential to establish new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

  • Deliver sales volume, revenue, and profitability objectives for the assigned territory.

  • Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Execute local market initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and performance.

  • Monitor pricing, contracts, and service standards to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

  • Analyze market trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage FSD distributors to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Communicate pricing trends and unique market insights to relevant stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)

  • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Food Services sector

  • Proven track record of market development and achieving sales targets
