About the Role
Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officer – Asset to drive asset sales growth and build long-term customer relationships. This role focuses on promoting loan products, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the bank’s financial inclusion mission.
Key Responsibilities

Execute approved sales and service plans in coordination with Branch/Relationship Managers.

Achieve assigned sales targets through ethical and SOP-compliant practices.

Promote and sell asset/loan products by building strong customer relationships.

Identify potential clients and assess creditworthiness using the Five C’s of Credit.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

Ensure accurate dissemination of product terms and conditions to customers.

Perform physical verification of clients and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure 100% loan recovery through proactive follow-ups and collections as per policy.

Strictly avoid unauthorized cash handling and ensure compliance with collection manuals.

Maintain weekly field activity plans and conduct regular customer meetings.

Ensure full compliance with SBP regulations, internal controls, and bank SOPs.

Report any fraudulent activity or potential risk to management immediately.

Deliver high service standards and ensure fair treatment of customers at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).

0–1 year of relevant experience (Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in the field and meet assigned targets.

High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset.
