Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officer – Asset to strengthen customer relationships and drive asset sales growth. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client portfolios, ensuring quality loan disbursement, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and SBP regulations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the bank’s financial inclusion mission.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Implement approved sales and service plans in coordination with Branch/Relationship Managers.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets in line with bank SOPs and ethical standards.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.

  • Promote and market asset products to expand the customer base.

  • Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit.

  • Conduct physical verification and due diligence of prospective clients.

Loan Processing & Compliance

  • Ensure loan booking strictly follows bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to customers.

  • Safeguard customer documentation and ensure proper handling of legal documents.

  • Avoid unauthorized cash handling; ensure strict compliance with collection manuals.

  • Guide customers to deposit repayments at authorized bank counters only.

  • Report any fraud risks or suspicious activity to the Line Manager/HOD immediately.

Portfolio Management & Collections

  • Ensure proactive loan recovery and maintain 100% collections as per targets.

  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and scheduled customer meetings.

  • Prepare weekly field activity plans and review performance with the Line Manager.

  • Maintain service excellence and ensure compliance with the Bank’s Fair Treatment of Customers policy.

Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers.

  • Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with customer needs.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and recommend improvements based on market feedback.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Sound understanding of sales ethics and compliance standards.
