Unilever Pakistan’s Beauty & Wellbeing division is a €225 million business and the market leader in Hair Care. The portfolio includes six strong brands — Lifebuoy, Sunsilk, Glow & Lovely, Dove, Pond’s, and Tresemmé — four of which are global power brands.

Job Purpose

This role is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about brand building, innovation, and driving meaningful consumer impact in the Hair Care category.

The Brand Engagement & Content Lead will be responsible for end-to-end demand generation and innovation launches for Tresemmé & Sunsilk, driving penetration, growth, and market leadership through strong digital-first strategies and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end demand generation with direct reporting to the Brand Manager

  • Develop and execute market development strategies

  • Drive brand penetration, market share, and business growth through ownership of the 6Ps of marketing

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch innovations

  • Deploy digital-first media strategies to accelerate business growth

  • Develop deep consumer and market insights to inform brand strategies

  • Manage campaign development and communication strategies

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including CSP, BD, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Media Agencies, and Medical Marketing

  • Lead cross-functional project execution to ensure timely and impactful delivery


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)

  • 1–2 years of experience in core marketing

  • Experience in similar categories/businesses is a plus

  • Proven experience managing agencies

  • Demonstrated success in social-first demand creation strategies

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning across multiple segments
