About the Role:
Telenor Pakistan is seeking a dynamic Manager Sales & Distribution to lead a team of Area Sales Heads, ensuring achievement of sales targets for GSM, FS, and Internet & Devices products through the indirect sales channel. You will drive market share growth, optimize franchise performance, and mentor your team for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated zone

  • Manage franchise performance and distribution KPIs

  • Drive business growth through market share improvement for GSM and FS

  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends regularly

  • Optimize territory assignments, trade marketing spend, and profitability

  • Expand channel footprint and improve retailer servicing

  • Engage with internal stakeholders and support team motivation

  • Ensure territory integrity and monitor ASH market visits

  • Foster effective communication, collaboration, and team performance
