About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and strengthen indirect sales operations across your assigned territory through effective franchise and distribution management. This role focuses on transforming market potential into measurable growth by driving sales performance, expanding retail presence, and enhancing partner engagement.
You will play a critical part in achieving regional targets while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company values and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement

Deliver monthly and annual sales targets through strong franchise management.

Drive performance across KPIs including:
-
Gross Adds & First Call Activation (FCA)
-
Primary & Secondary Revenue (Recharge)
-
Financial Services, Devices & Internet Products
-
Location-based business segment KPIs
-
-
Increase market share and revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Franchise & Retail Management
-
Communicate targets clearly and monitor performance regularly.
-
Conduct frequent market visits to gather insights and competitor intelligence.
-
Plan routes and set targets for RSOs.
-
Monitor franchise profitability and staffing effectiveness.
-
Organize training and motivation sessions for franchise and retail teams.
-
Ensure franchise servicing excellence, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and compliance with PTA regulations and company SOPs.

Manage franchise documentation and onboarding of new partners.
Distribution Excellence

Strengthen retail servicing standards for GSM & Financial Services.

Expand retail footprint to enhance product availability.

Monitor channel investments and sales quality across all verticals.

Improve retailer engagement and balance trends.
Projects & Growth

Lead and contribute to special projects focused on improving Sales & Distribution outcomes.

Continuously identify opportunities for operational and performance enhancement.

What We’re Looking For
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree (Business specialization preferred).
Experience:

Sales and/or distribution experience in organizations with extensive distribution networks.

Team leadership experience is an advantage.
