Position Overview

Bestway Consultancy Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from retailers, sales teams, the general public, UK Head Office, colleagues, and suppliers while ensuring exceptional service standards and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information and support to retailers, sales force, general public, UK Head Office, colleagues, and suppliers.

• Create and manage support tickets to track customer queries and ensure resolution within defined KPIs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational and customer-related issues efficiently.

• Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to retailers to promote products and services.

• Accurately capture and process stock orders on behalf of retailers.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent spoken English is essential.

• Prior experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy levels.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work in the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.
