Overview

The Expert M&A role is a technically focused position designed to support the execution of complex transactions. This role emphasizes advanced financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from strategic assessments and valuation to deal structuring and post-merger integration.

• Develop and review financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, merger modeling) to evaluate transaction impact.

• Conduct and oversee financial, operational, tax, and legal due diligence.

• Analyze risks and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

• Prepare and present investment memoranda, board presentations, and executive summaries.

• Coordinate internally across Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Operations teams.

• Liaise with external advisors including investment banks, consultants, and legal counsel.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal governance protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CA/ACCA preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting.

• Proven experience executing complex M&A transactions.

• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, deal structuring, and integration planning.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in telecom, digital, or tech sectors is a plus.
