Meezan Bank is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Enterprise BI & Decision Intelligence to lead our Business Intelligence and analytics initiatives. This role requires a leader with deep expertise in enterprise BI, analytics automation, and data-driven decision-making, ideally with experience in the financial services sector.

Eligibility

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• 10+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Enterprise Reporting.

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within a regulated environment such as banking or financial services.

• Knowledge of Islamic Finance is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in enterprise BI platforms and analytics tools.

• Experience designing data warehouses and dimensional models for analytics platforms.

• Strong SQL and Python/scripting skills for analytics automation.

• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise BI and decision intelligence strategy.

• Enable self-service analytics, standardized semantic layers, and KPI governance.

• Build and manage scalable reporting and analytics ecosystems, including BI tools, dashboards, data marts, and automation for high-volume workloads.

• Lead and mentor BI teams, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with business and executive stakeholders to deliver insights, support strategic decisions, and promote data literacy.
