Telenor Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager B2B Services to strengthen its Business division. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and market leadership of Telenor’s enterprise and B2B solutions portfolio. You will play a key role in expanding customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets.

Identify and explore new market opportunities through proactive client visits.

Ensure smooth account handovers to the services team with complete documentation.

Maintain high standards of sales quality and governance compliance.

Resolve customer concerns related to billing, network coverage, and service issues.

Ensure timely communication during network outages.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Products, Operations, and Services.

Drive solution-based selling strategies across GSM, IoT, and Enterprise solutions.

Maintain due diligence in onboarding new corporate customers.

Continuously enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred, especially Marketing specialization).
Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in Corporate Servicing, Client Management, or Key Account Management.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of digital, IoT, and enterprise solution selling.
