Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations in Khushāb. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution networks, strengthening franchise operations, and driving growth in Postpaid Sales, Mobile Wallet Activations, Remittances, and overall Retail/Franchise development.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Head and manages a team of Territory Sales Supervisors and Franchise Service Executives.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular market visits to retailers and franchise partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring timely issue resolution and proper escalation.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of postpaid connections, handsets, WiFi devices, remittances, and digital wallet services.

Collaborate with Commercial Planning teams to design and execute campaigns that drive postpaid penetration.

Build and maintain a strong distribution and retail network across the assigned territory.

Drive franchise business development and ensure compliance with company distribution policies.

Manage and motivate franchise and retail channels while enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.

Achieve monthly KPIs including Postpaid Sales, MNP, Gross Adds, Remittances, Cash In, Wallet Activations, and 4G penetration.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Channel Planning, DFS Executives, and Regional Technical Teams.
Eligibility Criteria

6–10 years of experience in sales distribution, channel development, or retail management.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Proven experience managing end-to-end projects from planning to execution and performance feedback.

Ability to work in remote areas and lead teams effectively.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High levels of resilience, professionalism, and accountability.
