Position Overview

The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring timely vendor payments, overseeing billing cycles, and supporting monthly financial closings. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in financial operations, preferably within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely payments to local and international vendors

• Oversee monthly financial closing and reporting processes

• Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers

• Manage smooth daily financial operations

• Coordinate with multiple banks for routine transactions and financial matters

• Perform vendor and bank reconciliations

• Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of company funds

• Support budgeting and cash flow management activities

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• M.Com, MBA (Finance), ICMA/ACCA (Part Qualified), or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounts

Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in receivables, payables, financial operations, and monthly financial closing

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the logistics industry

Required Skills

• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills

• Excellent managerial and interpersonal leadership abilities

• Sound knowledge of financial processes and accounting techniques

• General ledger management expertise

• Budgeting and cash flow management skills

• ERP systems proficiency

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
