Experience: 5–7 years in field-level data collection and M&E frameworks
Location: Lahore
Position Overview:
The M&E Manager at ITA will provide technical expertise and strategic leadership for monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities in the Aawaz II target districts. The role involves supervising district Data Support Officers, ensuring timely and high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to support programme performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage data collection systems in line with PMU guidelines and data safeguarding principles.
Support Programme Manager in timely reporting, including monthly and quarterly progress reports with verified MOVs.
Develop and enforce consistent data collection processes according to MEL Plan and M&E guidelines.
Validate and verify data before submission to the Programme Manager for onward sharing with British Council PMU.
Maintain databases to track field progress and ensure data quality (quantitative & qualitative).
Conduct field visits to monitor programme implementation and assess delivery quality.
Support research, assessment studies, and progress reporting as requested by PMU.
Identify lessons learned, develop case studies, and provide insights to improve programme performance.
Produce M&E reports, presentations, and feedback for programme improvement.
Coordinate with district staff to streamline reporting according to standards and timelines.
Perform other duties aligned with objectives, plans, and workload priorities.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Proven experience in managing field-level quantitative and qualitative data for M&E.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of programme management methods and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA).
Ability to advise teams on M&E processes and improve programme performance.
