Job Summary

PCL – Consumer Division is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Development Executive – Retail to drive retail sales growth, strengthen distributor networks, and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, executing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability across retail channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Manage and develop distributors, dealers, and key retail accounts

  • Lead, coach, and monitor Order Bookers / Territory Sales Officers

  • Execute sales strategies, trade promotions, and go-to-market plans

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in retail outlets

  • Monitor secondary sales, collections, and inventory levels

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Sound understanding of retail sales operations

  • Ability to manage distributor relationships effectively

  • Market analysis and reporting capability

  • Target-oriented with strong execution focus

  • Team leadership and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred)

  • 1–3 years of relevant retail sales experience (FMCG preferred)

  • Karachi-based candidates will be given preference
