Position Overview
Unilever is hiring for the Media Centre of Excellence role based in Karachi. This position will lead end-to-end media strategy, execution, governance, investment planning, and performance measurement to drive brand and business growth through a strong digital and social-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

Drive digital acceleration with a strong social-first approach.
2. Media Execution

Manage end-to-end media planning across multiple platforms.

Ensure seamless integration of multi-screen campaigns to maximize performance.
3. Media Governance
-
Ensure compliance with global and local agency contracts.

Lead adherence to media governance frameworks and oversee internal and external audits.
4. Media Investments

Plan and optimize Business Unit (BU) media investments using data-driven insights.

Maximize ROI through optimized multi-screen investment strategies.
5. Media Measurement

Track and report media performance using advanced analytics tools.

Ensure compliance with Golden Media Rules and performance benchmarks.
6. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver cohesive media plans.

Build strong partnerships to align media initiatives with broader business objectives.
7. Capability Building

Upskill internal teams and agency partners in digital, social, and influencer marketing.
