Location: Islamabad (HQ)
Age Limit: 30 Years (including 5-year general age relaxation)
Employment Type: Contractual (with 6-month probation, extendable if required)


Position Overview

NADRA invites applications from dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Deputy Assistant Director (Operations) at its Islamabad Headquarters. The role focuses on supporting inclusive registration initiatives, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen outreach and service delivery.


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Gender Studies / Sociology / Development Studies or a related discipline

  • Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education

  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC


Experience

  • 0–1 year of relevant professional experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of inclusive registration drives and outreach campaigns in coordination with regional offices and mobile units.

  • Liaise with government departments, NGOs, and local stakeholders for awareness and inclusion initiatives.

  • Monitor field activities and prepare operational progress reports.

  • Conduct training and orientation sessions for field staff on inclusive registration practices.

  • Adapt effectively to dynamic field environments and operational challenges.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.


Terms & Conditions

  1. Appointment will be on a contractual basis with an initial 6-month probation period.

  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview.

  3. Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a valid NOC at the time of application.

  4. Provision of false information will result in disqualification.

  5. Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

  7. Attested HEC degrees must be presented at the time of interview.

  8. Electronic devices (mobile phones, smart watches, etc.) are strictly prohibited during the test/interview.

  9. Females, Minorities, Transgender individuals, and Differently-abled persons are strongly encouraged to apply.
