Position Overview
READ Foundation is seeking a competent and experienced Assistant Manager Education to oversee academic operations and ensure effective implementation of educational standards across schools in the Lakki Marwat region.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or Linguistics
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead the establishment and operationalization of new schools.
Conduct needs assessments of schools and integrate findings into regional annual planning.
Ensure effective implementation of the academic calendar and organizational academic interventions.
Promote academic excellence and character-building initiatives across schools.
Monitor and evaluate school staff performance.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational manuals, and audit requirements (internal and external).
Prepare and submit reports, data, and documentation as required by management.
Additional Information
