Position Overview

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support its procurement and contract management operations. This role ensures the efficient, transparent, and compliant acquisition of goods, services, and works in accordance with PPRA Rules and PCB policies.

The selected candidate will contribute to maintaining high standards of governance, financial discipline, and operational excellence across procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing procurement activities for goods, services, and works in line with PPRA Rules and internal PCB policies.

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents with accuracy and transparency.

• Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs, define technical specifications, and confirm delivery timelines.

• Support contract drafting, issuance of purchase orders, and management of vendor agreements.

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and effective resolution of issues.

• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and documentation to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, procurement regulations, and applicable legal frameworks.

• Monitor and maintain records of vendor performance and contract compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of public procurement regulations, preferably PPRA Rules.

• Excellent documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities within strict timelines.

• High level of integrity, transparency, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
