HMC subsidiary of Qadir Group of Companies is seeking a competent and result-oriented Production & Quality Incharge to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure strict compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, improving efficiency, and implementing quality control systems to maintain product excellence.

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Industrial Engineering

• Chemical Engineering

• Manufacturing Technology

• Quality Management

• Or any relevant technical discipline

Experience Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in production management and quality control

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments

• Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and QA/QC standards

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets are achieved

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures

• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

• Maintain production and quality documentation
