Job Purpose

The Territory Sales Manager will lead assigned territories by effectively managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets and implement the company’s sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.

  • Break down targets into daily objectives and assign them to order bookers for effective outlet coverage.

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports by territory and category to track performance against KPIs.

  • Supervise and motivate order bookers through daily performance monitoring and coaching.

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective coverage, productivity, and market insight gathering.

  • Execute trade marketing initiatives in line with approved trade marketing plans.

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies, PJPs (Permanent Journey Plans), and RTM execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned distributors to align on mutually beneficial goals.

  • Manage territory budgets, sales forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies to maximize returns and control costs.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree required)
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience (FMCG preferred)
