About the Role
As an Assistant Manager B2B Sales, you will play a key role in driving Telenor Business products toward market leadership. This position offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in the B2B segment while contributing to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and enterprise solution adoption.
You will manage corporate accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored telecom and digital solutions including GSM, IoT, and enterprise offerings.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets.

Conduct daily customer visits to explore new markets and upsell opportunities.

Ensure smooth account handovers to the services team with complete documentation.

Maintain high standards of sales quality and governance compliance.

Resolve customer issues related to network coverage, billing, and services.

Communicate proactively regarding network outages and service updates.

Collaborate closely with products, operations, and services teams.

Ensure complete due diligence during new customer onboarding.

Continuously enhance solution-selling and negotiation capabilities.
A Typical Day at Work

Driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Meeting product-wise KPIs across GSM and digital solutions.

Implementing solution-selling approaches for new and existing clients.

Ensuring 100% compliance with documentation and system activation processes.

Strengthening stakeholder coordination and portfolio relationships.

Delivering exceptional customer experience across all assigned accounts.
What We’re Looking For
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

MBA (preferably in Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
-
Minimum 2+ years in Corporate Servicing, Client Management, or Key Account Management.
Skills & Competencies

Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Expertise in digital solutions, IoT, and enterprise solution selling.

Ability to build compelling sales pitches and drive persuasive storytelling.
