Job Purpose:
Drive Zong 4G’s corporate presence by establishing, maintaining, and growing relationships with corporate clients. Ensure client satisfaction while generating new business opportunities and retaining existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Sell Fixed Broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to design client-specific solutions.

Identify new business opportunities, bring in revenue-generating clients, and expand business with existing customers.

Meet monthly sales targets and explore growth opportunities through existing client networks.
Customer Retention & Revenue Assurance

Ensure revenue targets are met for assigned clients.

Monitor corporate client activation/disconnections and address causes of churn.

Formulate strategies to enhance customer loyalty and prevent churn by resolving service, billing, or other client concerns.
Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Generate referrals and new client activations through satisfied customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science
Experience:
-
2–4 years of relevant work experience in sales/business development
