Job Purpose:

Drive Zong 4G’s corporate presence by establishing, maintaining, and growing relationships with corporate clients. Ensure client satisfaction while generating new business opportunities and retaining existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Sell Fixed Broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design client-specific solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities, bring in revenue-generating clients, and expand business with existing customers.

  • Meet monthly sales targets and explore growth opportunities through existing client networks.

Customer Retention & Revenue Assurance

  • Ensure revenue targets are met for assigned clients.

  • Monitor corporate client activation/disconnections and address causes of churn.

  • Formulate strategies to enhance customer loyalty and prevent churn by resolving service, billing, or other client concerns.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

  • Generate referrals and new client activations through satisfied customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in sales/business development
