About the Role
Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – PMO to oversee end-to-end project delivery across the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

Develop comprehensive work plans and maintain structured project reporting

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions

Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and budgeting guidelines

Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and expectation management

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution

Apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
-
Proactively resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles
Certifications (Preferred)

PMP or equivalent project management certification
