Job Overview

Zong 4G is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional for the position of Executive Sales Operations in Quetta. The role is responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, strengthening channel performance, and ensuring alignment with company targets and operational frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor channel partner activities to ensure compliance with operational frameworks and company policies.

  • Plan and execute outlet footprint expansion across e-Channel, Mobile Commerce, Retailer Stock Ordering Systems, and segmented sales channels.

  • Coordinate closely with HQ and regional commercial teams for sales staff training, data visibility improvements, policy implementation, and new product launches.

  • Lead and support synergy projects, including helpline dashboards, performance indicators, communication models, and automation strategies.

  • Implement standardized sales operational policies in line with regional action plans.

  • Liaise with IT for system reports, testing, and coordination with Call Center and regional teams.

  • Manage regional customer service complaints, queries, CSI, and SLA compliance.

  • Assist Regional Directors and Sales Teams in channel-wise annual and monthly target setting aligned with company objectives.

  • Design and execute trade promotions for the sales channel from planning to implementation.

  • Oversee regional supply chain planning, budgeting, and trade marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct independent market intelligence to evaluate sales channel performance.

  • Track S&D sales activities, manage performance dashboards, and analyze sales KPIs, revenue trends, and channel productivity.


Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations support, sales operations, or data analysis.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and system-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job-Specific Skills

  • Functional knowledge of data analysis, sales planning, and channel management.

  • Sound understanding of sales and distribution systems and processes.

  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience in developing dashboards for data visibility and daily operational support for franchise channels.
