Location: Islamabad (Headquarters)
Age Limit: Up to 33 Years (including 5-year general age relaxation)
Employment Type: Contract (3 Years – Extendable)


Position Overview

NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional for the position of Deputy Assistant Director (Compensation & Benefits – HR). The selected candidate will play a key role in managing compensation frameworks, employee benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitive and compliant HR practices.


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA/BBA in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in:

    • Payroll management

    • Compensation & benefits administration

    • Reward and performance-based incentive programs


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of compensation structures

  • Administer employee benefit programs effectively

  • Design and oversee reward and recognition initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR standards

  • Prepare compensation-related reports and HR analytics


Terms & Conditions

  • Initial hiring on a 3-year contract (extendable based on performance/organizational requirement)

  • Subject to a 6-month probation period

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview

  • Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a valid NOC at the time of application

  • Submission of HEC-attested degrees, Medical Fitness, and Character Certificates will be required

  • No TA/DA will be admissible

  • Providing false information will lead to disqualification
